Bulong Estate Winery

We are the perfect venue for a smaller wedding.  Our minimum numbers are only 40 guests and our venue is a great space for either seating 40 to 60 guests, your guests won't be lost in a huge room.  
If you have less than 40 guests  yes that is possible also. Get in touch and we can give you some options for getting married at Bulong Estate.

Yes, we welcome brides and grooms who would like to do their own decorating.  We don't require professionals.  You can bring your friends, bring your Mum and do your own flowers and table centre pieces, fairy lights etc, either the morning of the wedding or the day before if there isn't another booking. 

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own preferred caterers.  They must be registered and insured. There is a venue hire fee and Bulong Estate Winery does the drinks.  So if you would like to have food trucks, or your own team of chefs and professionals, not a problem. Get in touch for details on the venue hire fee and our requirements. 

Yes we have flexible options for your drinks.  Either a drinks package by the hour which includes a range of beer, cider and our own excellent Bulong Estate Wine which is grown, made and bottled onsite.  Or if you would prefer a bar tab you are welcome to purchase our non-alcoholic drinks pacakge and have a bar tab to settle at the end of your event. If you are not sure if you should have a beverage package or a bar tab, then get in touch and we can help you.

We pride ourselves on our flexibility.  Many wedding venues have one menu and one way of doing things, that's not us. We have several different menus, and options on drinks packages. If none of them suit you then let us know and we can create what you are looking for.  We are flexible on start times, setup of furniture and DIY decorating.  So if you are wondering just give us a call and run your ideas past us, we would love to help you create your special day the way you want it.
