Choose from an intimate Weekday Affair, a bespoke Signature Weekend, or our three-day Festival of Love - each designed to bring together exceptional food, beautiful spaces, accommodation & time to truly celebrate.
For 2027 weddings, The Green is now available as a lush outdoor setting for ceremonies & receptions, while our Grand Marquee packages are almost finalised, bringing an air-conditioned, architectural space with sweeping sea views to the Elementa wedding offering.
Add exceptional food, locally inspired menus, signature cocktails crafted with spirits from our onsite 74 Islands Distillery, golden-hour drinks on the rooftop & the relaxed luxury of having your closest people stay onsite.

Meet Stef I’m Stef, Elementa Whitsundays’ Wedding Manager, with 10 years of experience in the Wedding industry. I’m here to guide you through your Elementa Wedding journey, from your initial enquiry through to booking, helping you understand the venue, packages & everything included along the way. Once your Wedding is booked, our dedicated Elementa team will work with you through the next stages of your Wedding planning, ensuring everything comes together seamlessly.

From eco-friendly body products to a waste-conscious approach, we make sustainability a seamless part of your wedding day.
At Elementa, we offer a range of exclusive upgrades and add-ons that can make your wedding experience truly one-of-a-kind. On your wedding day, you can surprise and delight your guests with an oyster bar, macaron wall, caviar stations, or our nostalgic Elementa Sweet Shop featuring adult treats. For something extra fun, we also have a liquid nitrogen ice cream cart and a tropical tiramisu slab that will wow your guests.
On your recovery day, why not indulge in a slow-cooked feast that’s prepared throughout the day, or host a laid-back pool party with drinks for everyone to relax and unwind?

Yes! At Elementa, we understand that a wedding can be a big expense, and we offer flexible options to make it easier for everyone. You can have your amazing Festival of Love without the hefty price tag by allowing your guests to pay for their own accommodation. We can even separate the costs for the welcome event, so you can split the expenses and focus on enjoying your celebration with loved ones.
Elementa Whitsundays is located in Airlie Beach, Queensland, overlooking the Coral Sea & Whitsunday Islands. Just a short distance from the heart of Airlie Beach, it offers a private, elevated setting surrounded by tropical gardens & spectacular views.
Absolutely. Elementa offers a variety of spaces for your celebration such as The Green or The Rooftop now available for 2027 Weddings. The Grand Marquee is also almost finalised, with new marquee packages coming soon.
Wedding Planning & Coordination is available as an additional service for couples who would like extra support bringing their Wedding together. This can be booked separately with Stef Easton from Diamanté Weddings & Events, Elementa's Wedding Manager, who has 10 years of experience in the Wedding industry & extensive knowledge of the Elementa property.
Your Elementa Venue Manager will be onsite to oversee the venue, venue operations & Elementa team throughout your celebration.
