Considered protocols are currently in place to safely accommodate weddings at this time. For peace of mind, we have been working with health authorities and closely monitoring all public health updates to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and team. Please note, event capacity is frequently changing in line with government directives – venue capacity referenced below is based on maximum capacities without imposed restrictions.
The Calile Hotel has four ceremony spaces on offer – all open aired, all with inclement weather options and all dependant on the number of guests you wish to invite as well as the visual direction you have in mind.
The spaces and maximum capacity of each: Amphitheatre = 180 guests; Rooftop = 250 guests.
The Calile Hotel has multiple spaces which perfectly lend themselves to intimate gatherings of four guests to large celebrations with 250 people – no matter the guest list, we have an option,
The Grand Room can be divided into multiple spaces to cater for up to 280 guests sit down or 250 with a dancefloor. The Rooftop is also available for a premium offering overlooking Brisbane CBD.
We welcome Calile couples to capture photographic memories at The Calile Hotel with special access to the rooftop on the day of the wedding. Photography permission will be arranged through your Calile Wedding Coordinator and photographer. Wedding photography is exclusive to those hosting their event onsite. Photography permission can be requested via hello@thecalilehotel.com.
The following décor items are included for all Calile events: chairs, tables, tablecloths, vases, cutlery, crockery and tealight candles, Guests or event planners are welcome to add other visual items and are encouraged to contact their Calile Wedding Coordinator for a list of recommended suppliers and set up schedules.
Upon booking your wedding at The Calile Hotel, a unique discount code will be generated for you to provide to your guests. This one-off code will allow recipients to access their discount via www.thecalilehotel.com.au on a range of room types across the period of the wedding (all discounts are subject to Terms & Conditions).
The Callile Hotel secure car park is available from 6:00AM – 12:00AM daily. Parking is charged at an hourly rate and guests staying in-house are entitled to a flat rate of $25.00 per day. Valet parking is also available for $45.00 per day via our porte-cochère.
