Can I reserve a booking date?
We hold a Tentative booking for 1 week.
How do I confirm a booking?
Once a couple decide to hold their wedding with us we issue a deposit invoice request and booking agreement. Once both have been received the booking is confirmed.
How late can we party?
Our venue closes for beverage service at 11.00pm with guests departing by 11.30pm.
Can I extend beyond the package time, eg. 5 hour event?
Yes – prices to do so are available upon application and are subject to our licensing regulations.
Can I upgrade the beverages?
Yes we offer upgrades for beer and wine selections at a nominal cost.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
We do allow couples the option to provide a bottle of spirits up to 750mL per 10 Guests to be served from behind the bar with no corkage or service fees.
What are parking arrangements?
Parking is available within the National Park, close to the venue.
Can I have alternate serve meals?
Yes this is included within our package at no additional cost.
Can I bring my own florist or decorator?
Yes – We do require that the florist or decorator liaise with our team to confirm all details prior to the day.
Can I have our wedding ceremony at your venue?
Yes we have numerous options for ceremonies located in the Venue and adjacent lawn.
