OVERVIEW

The venue lies metres from the edge of Wallis Lake, with unobstructed views west, allowing you access to one of the only places on the east coast of Australia that you can witness a sunset over water – The icing on the cake to your magical day. Behind you, the Pacific Ocean crashes along the beach, and beside you, this little stretch of paradise is flanked by the iconic palm forest of Booti Booti National Park.

The venue was architecturally designed to make the most of the natural light, premium waterfront location, and grassed terrace on the foreshore, with a simple interior, allowing you the perfect space to add your signature touch.

The Pavilion can comfortably host between 120 and 140 guests sit down, and up to 200 guests cocktail style, offering total privacy and exclusivity.

Palms Pavilion is located right next to The Green Cathedral – a natural ceremony site complete with wooden pews and enclosed by the palm forest, less than 50 metres from the venue.

Can we bring in our own catering?

Palms Pavilion is a full service venue where we provide catering and beverages along with all your furniture, cutlery, crockery and glassware with staff to help make your event run smoothly on the day. We do all the set up and clean up so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Can we BYO Alcohol?

Due to our liqour licence we are unable to facilitate any BYO packages.

Are your wedding packages set in stone or can things be changed.

At Palms Pavilion we understand that every couple has different needs for their dream wedding. We are here to make that dream come true!! We can tailor any packages to suit your individual needs.

The dream wedding location!!! Bec was our wedding coordinator and she was an absolute dream to work with. She made planning so seamless and was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. The venue really looks after the bride and groom ensuring we always had a drink in hand and didn’t miss out on any of the canapes or cocktails. The food was absolutely incredible - our guests said it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had. We would absolutely recommend palms pavilions! 10/10. Palms Pavillion is a hidden gem. We have at least 10 guests tell us that it was the most beautiful wedding venue they had been too. What made it even better was our amazing wedding coordinator, Bec, that was so relaxed and flexible in the lead up to our day. The food, drinks and service were excellent and we have had non-stop compliments from our guests about everything, but particularly the food and local oysters. Kelly and her team at Palms Pavilion were exceptional. There is not one aspect we could fault them on, from the communication to how smoothly the day ran. A week prior to our big day, a vender went into liquidation. Without hesitation Kelly went and saved the day to source another vender. The location is stunning, plenty of room for a large number of guests. The staff are legends and willing to work with you to make the day how you would like it to be. A bonus is that the Pavilion is connected to the Tiona caravan park, this gave the opportunity for all guests to stay and walk to and from the wedding.

Where do we even begin? We honestly cannot thank Bec and the incredible team at Palms Pavilion enough for giving us the most wonderful wedding day! Unfortunately the weather had other plans for our wedding, and it certainly wasn’t the day we had originally envisioned. But what could have been a stressful and challenging situation turned into the most amazing afternoon and night, all thanks to Bec, her team and our wonderful vendors. Bec, you are an absolute magician! The way you navigated the changing weather and everything happening behind the scenes was nothing short of incredible. You made the entire day feel seamless, and so much of what you and your team did went unnoticed by our guests, but we saw it and appreciated every bit of it. The care and attention shown to us was just beautiful. We felt so looked after from start to finish. Our guests are still raving about what an incredible wedding it was, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The delicious food, atmosphere, the service and the team’s ability to adapt and make everything work despite the weather made our day truly unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend Palms Pavilion more highly. The team genuinely care, go above and beyond, and make you feel like you’re in the best possible hands. The absolute best of the best!!! I don’t think you could find a more stunning venue with more attentive staff. They have exceeded all our expectations and some! We had 2 years worth of planning for our wedding, and the coordination team supported us every single step of the way. I’ll never have enough words to express how grateful I am to all of them. Food was unreal, service was quick and seamless, everything just flowed. They really are experts at this!!!
