For the unique geeky couple, The Nostalgia Box is a one of kind wedding reception- because we do things differently here! It is a retro video game console museum where you not only can see and learn the history of video games but you get to play them as well!
Located at City West, you and your guests will love the atmosphere, love the games, love the entertainment, just as they all love you! Suitable for a sit down dinner of about 60 or a cocktail function of up to 150, the venue has the ability to configure to your needs so no matter what kind of reception you are having it will be just right for you.

Yes! You can hire the venue for 2 hours for a ceremony and it will give your guests something to do while your guests wait for it to start and afterwards once you have said “I Do”. Plus photos look amazing both in the venue, around City West, and at Harold Boas Gardens across the road.
Yes. Our staff will be able to help serve drinks and help with distribution of the catering as part of
our service. This also ensures RSA is followed even if you are BYOing. Nobody likes a drunk Uncle
Barry at your wedding!
As long as you can keep eating, drinking, dancing and gaming. We have no restrictions regarding cut off for music or service- however keep in mind there are additional fees for going past midnight.

Absolutely! We use a trusted supplier for décor we can provide or you are more than welcome to bring in your own supplier. Please note though you will need to discuss with us regarding storage and pickup of the equipment prior to ensure it doesn’t interfere with the next day’s events.
Yes to all subject to availability. However please note public holidays will incur staff surcharges.
Of course! We use Komodo Music DJs for our events and you are able to take advantage of significant discounts when you book them through us, but you are more than welcome to bring in outside entertainment. We can also provide a killer playlist if you just want to use our in house music and sound system created by Komodo Music DJs.
