Hillarys Yacht Club is a unique venue in Perth offering superb facilities. The calm waters of the Indian Ocean provide great views and an ideal setting for your coming event and in addition, provides secure on-site parking, versatile club rooms and flexibility to make your event a success.
Our Functions Manager and dedicated staff would be pleased to assist with every aspect of your forthcoming function such as room set-up, menu selection, beverage requirements, musicians or entertainment, estimated number of guests and any of the equipment that may be required.

Yes! Many couples choose to host both their ceremony and reception with us, allowing guests to enjoy the entire celebration in one stunning waterfront location. This also means less travel, more time celebrating, and a seamless experience from ceremony through to the reception.
Absolutely. We'd love to show you around. Private appointments can be arranged with one of our Wedding Coordinators, who will walk you through our ceremony and reception spaces, discuss your vision and answer any questions you may have.

If the weather doesn't cooperate, and your reception is booked in the Harbour Room your ceremony can be held on our undercover Harbour Room balcony , which offers stunning views across Hillarys Marina while keeping you and your guests protected from the elements.

Access times vary depending on our function schedule in the days leading up to your wedding.
If there are no events the evening before, you'll often be able to access your reception space earlier for styling and supplier setup. If another event is scheduled, access is generally available from 9:00 am on your wedding day, once the room has been prepared.
We'll confirm your exact bump-in and bump-out times closer to your wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly for you and your suppliers.

Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for wedding guests, making it easy for everyone to arrive and enjoy the celebration.
Yes, we can store your wedding cake in our refrigerated storage on the day of your wedding.
Our team will take care to store it safely; however, please note cakes are stored at the couple’s risk as our fridges are shared with staff and suppliers. We always handle all items with care and ensure your cake is kept secure until it is needed for your reception.
