Meet Leila, our dedicated Wedding & Events Manager and your go-to throughout the planning process. With over 15 years’ experience across weddings, events and hospitality, Leila knows how to bring all the moving parts together while keeping the process relaxed, organised and fun. From your first venue tour to timelines, menus, suppliers and the final details, she’ll be there to help you create a wedding that feels completely you — and make sure everyone has a very good time along the way.

Yes. Onsite ceremonies are available with exclusive venue use, allowing you to host your entire wedding at Kirra Beach House. A typical flow could include your ceremony overlooking Kirra Beach, cocktail hour on the terrace, dinner in the Coastal Room and a late-night party in Preston’s Bar.
Absolutely. There are several beautiful ceremony locations nearby, including Kirra Beach, Kirra Hill, Pat Fagan Park, Lovers Rock and Len Wort Park. We can also assist with selected offsite ceremony setups.
Our minimum food & beverage spends vary depending on the day of the week, spaces booked, guest numbers and whether you’re hosting your ceremony onsite. Get in touch with your preferred date and wedding plans and we can provide the most relevant pricing.
No, we don’t host weddings on Saturdays as this is our busiest day of the week for general trade. We recommend Sunday–Thursday for the best wedding experience, with Fridays also available at selected times of the year.
Yes! We offer both. The Coastal Room is perfect for seated receptions, while our terraces and other spaces work beautifully for relaxed cocktail-style weddings. We can recommend the best setup based on your guest numbers and vision.
Yes. We love intimate weddings and have several options for smaller celebrations. Depending on your guest numbers, budget and preferred style, we can recommend a private or semi-private space rather than booking our larger wedding areas.
Kirra Beach House is licensed until midnight, so there’s plenty of time to turn the reception into a proper party after dinner and speeches.
Yes. Professional DJs, acoustic musicians and live entertainment can be incorporated into your wedding depending on the space booked and our venue sound requirements. We can also provide recommendations from our preferred suppliers.
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own florist, stylist, photographer, celebrant, entertainment and other suppliers. We also have a preferred suppliers list if you’d like recommendations from suppliers familiar with the venue.
Our wedding inclusions cover the venue's standard setup, and we have additional styling upgrades available. Florals aren't provided by Kirra Beach House, but you're welcome to engage your own florist or choose from our recommended suppliers.
Our standard ceremony setup includes a choice of ceremony furniture and styling elements, including up to 30 ceremony chairs, a signing table and a selection of plinths/urns. Additional florals, furniture and styling can be arranged separately.
Yes. Kirra Point Apartments are located directly above the venue, with plenty of additional accommodation throughout Kirra and Coolangatta. Kirra Beach House is also approximately five minutes from Gold Coast Airport.
Our popular Thursday dates can book well in advance, particularly during peak wedding periods. If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend getting in touch early to check availability.
Absolutely. We recommend a site visit so you can see the spaces, talk through how your wedding could flow and discuss the best setup for your guest numbers and plans. Viewings are available by appointment.
