From the very beginning, your dedicated wedding planner will be by your side to bring your ideas to life and guide you through every step - from timelines to tastings, suppliers to styling. We offer a complete planning experience with access to in-house design and printing services, including personalised signage, menus, welcome signs, table settings, linens, candles, and styling elements. For couples looking to add a truly unique touch, our Brew Your Own Beer experience is an unforgettable part of your wedding journey. In the lead-up to your day, you’ll meet with our head brewer to sample and create a custom beer - complete with your own personalised label and name. Your bespoke brew will be poured for guests throughout the celebration, and after the wedding, you’ll take home three slabs of your beer to relive the memories long after the final toast. It’s fun, meaningful, and uniquely yours.

Designed during the days of COVID restrictions and kept alive by popular demand, our Bijou Weddings package is made for couples wanting an intimate, all-inclusive celebration that doesn’t compromise on style or heart.
Hosted in our premium Dining Hall, this package is tailored for weddings with up to 50 guests and includes everything you need for a relaxed yet elegant day: a four-course seasonal menu, five-hour drinks package, arrival or post-ceremony cocktail, and a stunning wedding cake. Styling is included, with seasonal greenery, candles, signage, table décor, and printed materials all taken care of by our in-house team. You’ll also enjoy a styled ceremony with a feature arbour and six hours of exclusive venue access.
Priced at $299 per guest with a minimum of 24 adults, the Bijou package is ideal for couples wanting a beautifully curated experience, minus the overwhelm. Larger guest lists may be accommodated with adjustments to food service - just chat with your planner for more details.

We offer an extensive selection of styling and décor, including table linens, napkins, dinner candles, and candle holders. We also offer printing services which includes menus, placecards, seating charts and welcome signs. Absolutely! We love bands and are licenced for live music until 11pm, at this time you can switch it up with a DJ or a tailor made playlist to finish off your celebrations!
Yes! If you wish to bring children along to your wedding, we offer a number of menu options for kids attending. Starting at $14 per head for shared platters, your littlest guests will be well looked after.
YES! There is ramp access up to the deck and into the Dining Hall with accessible bathrooms available in the space.

Any suggestions? Wanting at least 2 night minimum for accomdation that will cater for minimum of 10-20 guests. As most family will be from interstate.
Do I need security at my venue?
Do most venues provide this or do I need to look around? I don't know if I need it, but we have a large group (210) so I wanted to know if that means I need it? Also what is the ratio of security to guests?
