Staff and basic 'wedding equipment'. We can provide furniture, glassware, crockery, linen and cutlery, but you are also more than welcome to hire your own if there is a particular aesthetic you are after.
Yes, the wedding co-ordinator is on site up until the formalities have concluded.
In order to secure your booking, we require a $1000 non-refundable deposit and a signed & witnessed booking form to be completed. This form is found at the end of our wedding package. Don't panic if you're not certain on guest numbers or 100% decided on your food or drinks package right away, we just need a guide to be able to draw up your invoice.
Over the years Wills Domain have built strong working relationships with local musicians, photographers, celebrants, item & lighting hire specialists and florists. Upon booking we provide you with a list of reccomendations, but you are more than welcome to hire suppliers outside of this list, we just provide a starting point.
Dogs are welcome on site but not inside the venue. Your furry friend is more than welcome to be part of your ceremony and then relax outside, although we tend to recommend they are collected after the ceremony - speeches, bridal party entrances and hitting the dancefloor can be quite overhwhelming for everyone - pets more than most!
