Eight Willows Retreat is located on 75 acres, situated in the heart of the Margaret River wine region providing a picturesque wedding venue for the newly engaged couples out there!
Our venue offers couples unique convenience by providing an all in one wedding day experience with your accommodation, ceremony, wedding photography and reception all-inclusive on our wedding packages.  Our retreat has a range of charming luxury chalets that offer couples the opportunity to have their guests stay onsite.


The Eight Willows Retreat offers:

  • A tranquil ambience for your romantic night with an array of soft furnishings, a statement stone fireplace, bar and a large commercial kitchen.

  • Versatile all-weather venue.
  • Choice of your ceremony location (lakeside, parkland garden or bush land areas)
  • Various packages
  • Unique photo locations available on-site by Carters Road, the lake, natural bush-land, Orchard, Olive Plantation and Celestial Bay vineyards.
  • With a total of 27 chalets, including 14 x One Bedroom King Chalets, 10 x Two Bedroom Queen Chalets, 2 x Two Bed King Chalets and our Four bedroom house called "The Residence".
  • Eight Willows Retreat can sleep a maximum of 140 guests onsite without the worry of driving home.
  • For those couples wanting a more intimate venue, we can offer  ‘The Residence’ which is a fantastic 4 bedroom house perfect for an intimate wedding of 30 people or less, or simply require wedding accommodation for you and your bridal party or perhaps a romantic honeymoon, we can cater to your needs.

The Residence 

Additionally, we welcome you and your closest to hire The Residence for a post ceremony Lunch or Dinner.   The Residence is the perfect space for intimate celebrations. The large open plan house boasts high ceilings, a dining room (seats 10) and large kitchen, making it ideal for a private dining experience. The sweeping verandah and lawn allows for pre- dinner drinks surrounded by nature, or an outdoor cocktail style affair.

My wife and I got married here over the weekend and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. The whole team at Eight Willows went above and beyond to help us create such a memorable occasion. Carly is absolutely fantastic and made sure everything ran smoothly right up to last minute changes. The accommodation is to die for, from the comfort of the beds to the views regardless of which chalet you stay in. Our guests were blown away and many including us have said we will definitely be back. Thank you again team.

We had our ceremony at the Eight Willows Retreat bush chapel and reception in their function centre. What a beautiful venue! As soon as my husband and I saw the venue we knew that this was the place we wanted to get married at. The property is so calm, peaceful and tranquil. We also loved how the ceremony and reception were so close together (same property) and that guests could stay on site for accommodation. The events manager and staff were so easy, calm, professional and accommodating to talking to. They made sure the event was exactly what we wanted and that it all ran smoothly on the day/night. We got married here mid week this week. The venue is incredible. We really love the bush retreat feeling, and it's exactly what we were looking for when picking a venue. Part of us choosing this location was the ability to have everything in the one place, especially for our interstate guests. Also drinks packages you can choose from was a nice addition as it included bar staff and glassware usage. Carly, who was our coordinator made the whole process easy, ensuring the day ran smoothly. This allowed us to relax and not worry about coordinating our vendors while getting ready. All of our guests commented about how gorgeous the venue is.

Looking for wedding venue which can accomodate upto 200 people and I can get my own caterer. Somewhere near water. Looking to get married in April 2020

Eight Willows Retreat

Eight Willows Retreat can comfortably seat 150 guests for a sit down wedding or up to 270 for cocktail style. 

We have preferred caterers but clients are also allowed to present their own caterer (conditions apply)

We are situated next to a large lake with sprawling grass and gardens.

We have availability in April 2020.

Eight Willows Retreat is a picturesque property surrounded by the iconic South West Jarrah Forest, located in the heart of the Margaret River region on Metricup Road, just North of Margaret River and South of Busselton and Dunsborough.

Set within 75 acres of natural bush and parkland garden, our state-of-the-art function centre was built in 2014 with modern architecture and design. Soaring windows capture beautiful lake and forest views, whilst natural timber and stone finishes shape a large open-plan dining area which can be turned into two unique reception rooms. A statement stone fireplace and bar, large commercial kitchen and sweeping veranda alfresco add to the versatility of this all-weather venue.
