Sam and Dave were engaged in 2015, when searching for a potential wedding venue they considered many different styles and locations. At the same time they were looking to relocate to the Northern Rivers NSW and found The Old Church was for sale, just a short hop from the Byron Bay beaches. They fell in love with it immediately and decided that it would be the perfect venue for them to be married – not only that, they got to live there too and now are opening it for everyone to enjoy!

The development works will be finished in April 2018 and we will be hosting our launch events in June & July. We are are accepting wedding bookings from August 2018 onward, but we recomend that you express your interest ASAP - we already have reservations for late 2018 and 2019.
Absolutely. We recomend you view as soon as you can. The Estate already looks beautiful and it will be truely spectacular once all the additional works are completed. We have already had a grest deal of interest, so make sure you reserve your preferred date as quickly as possible.
Fair point, but..... the owners have many years experience organising events. Both Samantha and David have organised weddings at numerous venues in the UK - including Royal Palaces and Parks. David ran a successful corporate events management company in London and Sam trainned, managed and organised temporary staff for everything from National Coca-Cola campaigns to the London Olympics. You will be in very safe and caring hands.
Abso-bloody-lutely! We respect the fact that everyone has their own opinion on such matters but for us we are 100% embracing marriage equality. Quite frankly we can't beleive this 'issue' is still an issue.
We currently do not have any accommodation at the Estate. Lismore and Ballina are not far away and they have heaps of options. We will also be suggesting that some of our neighbours look into creating AirBnB offerings - there are some lovely properties here that would make awesome farm stays.
