A blank canvas venue, you have total control over every element of your wedding; from vendors, decorations, type of marquee, and your ceremony and reception space. Four beautiful cottages provide accommodation for 14 people, and the venue itself can play host to up to 200 people.

I have lived here at Forget Me Not for 25 years, born locally to the area. I love gardening and have created lovely prizewinning gardens with rainforest plantings. The gardens are very tranquil overlooking a large lake. I receive much pleasure from my garden and enjoy sharing this beautiful location to gorgeous couples and their guests for their wedding day. Forget Me Not is a very special place to me. Forget Me Not’s definition is enduring love, faithfulness, hope and remembrance.

Yes, we work with many caterers allowing you to choose different menus and budgets.
Yes. There are many beautiful ceremony spots to choose from. The reception area is large and suits a variety of structures. You do not need to leave the venue as there are many amazing spots for your photos.
There is modern tastefully decorated toilets. Womens bathroom has 2 toilets. There is 1 unisex accessible bathroom and 2 urinals.
The venue has a accessible bathroom. In general the property is accessible for a wheelchair, though at times may need a little assistance depending on the type of wheelchair.
There are new 4 cottages that have just been completed. There is 1 honeymoon cottage and 3 x 2 Bedroom cottages sleeping 14 people. They are fully self contained and are very comfortable and luxurious. In addition there is accommodation at the homestead sleeping 2-4 people.

Forget Me Not includes the cleanup in the hire. If there was excessive cleaning a fee would be charged. Rubbish must be removed from the property, but we do offer this for a fee.
if a venue cancels on YOU do they have to compensate you/give back deposit?
