Most of our couples choose to exchange vows beneath the historic lighthouse just across the road. With the water as your backdrop and the ocean breeze drifting through, it’s an effortlessly romantic setting that also creates unforgettable photo opportunities, all in one convenient location for both ceremony and reception.

FAQ
Yes we are. We offer a ramp to our cafe balcony and full wheelchair access to all areas of the restuarant. We do have an accessible bathroom in our restaurant.
Yes all areas of our cafe, bar and waters edge are situated right on the water.
Our deck and boathouse set back further from the waters edge, however, they still offer stunning water views.
We do not offer a buffet, however, we do have a Mediterranean Banquet on offer for weddings. This is served on platters to your guests at your tables, for them to help themselves to what they like. This option has gained popularity in recent times.
We do have minimum spends for all 6 areas of our venue. Each area has different spends to suit the space. Our wedding coordinator is happy to discuss this with you.

Hi,
Minors are welcome at the Lighthouse Restaurant for any occasions. We just advice on attentive care with children especially with safety when close to the wateredge and not being around the bar area.

Wet weather plans
What are all possible wet weather plans/ideas we should consider for a spring wedding? I feel it rains a lot in spring, but we really want to have a spring wedding.

All of our areas are undercover.
Most of our couples have their ceremonies accross the road from us by hiring out a space through council. In case of rain we always do our best to accomodate guests and move the ceremony into the restaurant.
