Our Ceremony & Reception Packages:

• Incredible caterers and delicious food - no one will go home hungry
• Honest and simple packages - no hidden fees, bits and pieces missing out; no surprises. We give you a step-by-step guide on how to build your tailored package. Or, get in touch with us to arrange a customised proposal quote.
• Exclusive use for 7 hours
• Unique ceremony garden with seating for up to 150 guests
• Undercover Bell Tower area as a wet weather backup option
• 27 acres for your photographs, including 5 acres of stunning gardens, alpacas, Highland cows, and plenty of other farm animals!
• Undercover Pavilion for your reception, complete with amazing bay views
• Wedding day front of house team, including a dedicated on-the-day wedding coordinator who will be with you every step of the way
• 1 hour weekday rehearsal, final meeting and decoration delivery appointment
• A planning session in the lead-up to assist with customisation of your floor plan & itinerary, plus access to our planning software
• Luxury accommodation for up to 10 guests for your wedding night
• Available every day of the week! Minimum 40 adult guests for Sunday-Thursday dates or minimum 60 adult guests for Friday/Saturday dates.

Our Ceremony Only & Elopement Packages:

• Our Ceremony Only Package is a 2 hour venue hire; for your wedding ceremony & photographs afterwards.
• Our Ceremony Only + Celebration Package is a 3 hour venue hire; it's everything we offer in the Ceremony Only Package, plus choose optional catering add-ons and the inclusion of a $300 bar tab - the perfect option for a short & sweet celebration!
• Available Sunday-Thursday, with no minimum number of guests (Celebration Package optional add-ons do have minimum spends - see the package for more details).

About

I am the Venue Manager here at Rainforest Gardens, as well as a Wedding Coordinator & Stylist. I have been working at the venue since our reopening in 2015, so have worked with countless couples to create their dream wedding day. I was married at the venue in 2019 and couldn't imagine having celebrated our day anywhere else. I have a love of gardening, animals, the outdoors, and a flair for creativity & design; it's my absolute favourite thing to see a wedding come to life!
