“Our vineyard is situated on a sunny north facing slope with an easterly aspect that traps the morning to late afternoon sun. Due to our southerly location we have extended hours of sunshine while the cooling sea breezes enable our grapes to develop intense, crisp flavours from which we produce hand-crafted wines that capture the essence of the unique terroir of our site.” Jennifer Sinclair, Owner
