The Warehouse Geelong

My husband and I recently had our reception two days ago at The Warehouse Geelong, what more can I say? It was absolutely perfect! From day one right up until the big day, Yolanda was so hands on, always reminding me of what I needed and guiding me through everything. The interior and the exterior were both sophisticated and delightful, and the service was truly above and beyond. When we were looking for a venue, the moment we stepped inside The Warehouse, we instantly knew this was the place where we wanted to celebrate. From the very beginning, Yolanda was there helping me plan every detail, she’s incredibly attentive and involved in making sure everything runs smoothly. Drinks kept flowing, the music kept going, and our guest couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the venue was. Many of them even said they’d love to have their own events there after experiencing ours. Yolanda kept me updated every step of the way for month 6 leading up to the wedding, and on the day itself, she was absolutely amazing. I truly wouldnt have wanted it any other way. If you’re not sure where to start woth your planning, kust call Yolanda, she’ll guide you through everything and connect you with incredible suppliers who already knew the venue and understand exactly what you need. We also rented the apartment upstairs it was beautiful, spotless and so convenient not just for the bridal party but also for the couple after such a fun night (and slightly tipsy) night! Thank you again Yolanda and Darren you were super amazing.

We recently held a winter wedding at The Warehouse and had a fantastic time! Yolanda and Darren catered to our every need and our day was perfect. Yolanda was our main point of contact and was very communicative during the planning process. The venue is beautiful and we couldn’t have had a better party to celebrate! The Warehouse was the perfect venue for a smaller gathering. We had the ceremony and reception there and it was great to have it all in one spot. The team transformed the space quickly and seamlessly from the ceremony set up to the reception. Yolanda and Darren were great to work with and always responded promptly to any questions we had. They were helpful in providing recommendations for vendors and the accommodation was beautiful.

We chose The Warehouse for the all in one venue in a great location, but it's so much more than that! The team were super helpful during preparation and on the day, we felt really looked after and genuinely cared about. They helped the day go so smoothly and worked beautifully with the vendors. It's a beautiful space that can be personalised, we had some couches and a ceiling installation brough in. Definitely recommend the champagne caravan, so gorgeous! The apartments attached are perfect for the night before and the night of. We were able to relax with friends, get ready and photographer also used the space for 'first look'. The laneways were also great photo locations, we didn't have to go anywhere else so we didn't miss much of the reception! We highly recommend The Warehouse, so much more than a venue!

Yolanda and Darren were amazing to work with! We had both our ceremony and reception at the warehouse and couldn't fault a single thing. They were able to work with all our different caterers for the day and communicate with them prior. If they found an issue they fixed it and made sure our day ran as smoothly as possible. They were easy to talk to and enjoyable to be around. Would highly recommend picking this venue!
