Laila Reception

I would never recommend a bride or groom to waste their money and do their wedding here. I helped coordinate parts of a wedding earlier this month and it has been the worst experience I've ever gone through. - Tony was not even present on the night, he had another event and people at the event he was at couldn't believe he wasn't at the event at his reception- he utterly doesn't care (We know some of them) -Tony promised an abundance of pre-entrees that would be replenished - but did not deliver. Pre-entrees were bare, never replenished and did not come onto the tables until the actual entrees were announced to be served, leaving the guests very hungry - Entrees were served half an hour late, I had to go to the kitchen and ask where they were - Tables didn't have the right amount of chairs, we had to move them around - Main was dry chicken, packet mash potato and the fish still had bones in it - Fireworks at the entrance and slow dance were agreed upon on a number of occasions, yet Tony did not put it in the contract unbeknownst to the bride and groom that received the contract 2 days before the wedding - Drinks were always taken off the table even if we were still drinking them and they were half full - No wait staff available - These are only a few things, unfortunately we have a longer list - I, and a few others personally spoke to Tony about our poor experience, to give him the benefit of the doubt and see if we can get a partial refund for a service that was not delivered, however he never got back to us and has ignored our attempts to contact him - An owner that lies and deceives! - Keep your money and spend it elsewhere

The reception was fantastic and was exacrtly what I wanted. The food was amazing and George the owner was fantastic and very easy to deal with.
