As part of the Merivale portfolio, Establishment Bar provides award-winning wedding catering delivered by the same culinary team behind restaurants such as Uccello, Mr Wong and Fred’s. Couples receive full support from in-house experts, including florists, stylists and AV technicians, ensuring a seamless, personalised experience from start to finish. External suppliers for styling are also welcome upon approval, giving flexibility while maintaining a cohesive celebration.
