What does the event manager role entail?

We will liase with you throughout your journey to document your vision of the day, including the set up and how you intend to use our various spaces. We will also make contact with your suppliers so that leading up to the day you can sit back and relax. On the day of your wedding you can leave everything to us including coordinating suppliers, setting up the ceremony and reception and table settings.

What is included in your venue hire?

The use of all of our spaces; the Bluestone Church, Sunday School, Lawns, Forest and out glasshouse Marquee

Event planning, set-up, pack down, site visits, a 1 hour rehearsal and access to all of our facilities.

Do you provide floral arrangements, stationary and linen?

No. However, we work with a number of super talented florists and stylists who we can recommend to you upon booking Scrub Hill for your wedding day.

Are kids included in the beverage package?

Children between 0 - 3 are included free of charge.

Children between 4 -17 are included at a charge of $35.

From start to finish, we are so so glad we picked Scrub Hill! Jente and Emely have an exceptional eye and having our wedding at Scrub Hill allowed our vision come to life. Jente and Emely were fantastic to work with; such warm friendly people that are happy to take care of the finer details, which eased a lot of our stress. They were happy to be flexible when we wanted to make edits, which we valued so much. They made the process of hosting a wedding so seamless. All of our guests loved Scrub Hill, as much as we did! It made for such a great venue and we felt spoilt for choices for the ceremony! The glass marquee is picturesque! We would recommend Scrub Hill 1000 times over and will always look fondly at our wedding there and all the weddings to come at Scrub Hill! Highly recommend to any future bride or groom!

With several beautiful locations on site to choose from we had both our ceremony and reception on site, Jente and Em where so easy and helpful to work with, they were always contactable for ever question no matter how silly it could have been. Their venue is so beautiful to walk through with their addition of the Glass Marquee they had a location for every possible weather outcome. They also had drinks and catering packages on hand which made decision making so much easier, we cannot thank them enough.

From the moment I drove up to this stunning venue I knew it was perfect. Jente was amazing from start to finish nothing was to much trouble. My fairytale wedding was absolutely perfect. From the amazing canapes to the stunning grounds fantastic for photos everywhere you turned. The church really took my breath away. Could not of wished for a more perfect venue. Our hearts melted the moment we found Scrub Hill in Daylesford. The most beautiful blue stone chapel with so much character and the perfect huge oak tree to host our cocktail reception. Jennie and Jenni were the so incredible to work with, sooo accomodating, understanding and helpful. We were over the moon with how perfect our venue was .
