Novotel were amazing with their team helping me put together a last minute wedding. I was 5 months pregnant and was struggling with everything that comes along with that time of your life while in the middle of a covid outbreak and Novotel just took care of pretty much everything for me. They were absolutely amazing with coordinating with the florist, celebrant, etc and leaving me to do what i can in my own time. There were absolutely no dramas and i would recommend them time and time again. Beautiful location and beautiful people.

Jacquie from novotel wasn't a timely email responder but when i complained she improved remarkably. She suggested some great suppliers and in the last couple of weeks and on the day was absolutely fantastic. The food was amazing and plentifuly, the staff were polite professional and courteous and the setting was stunning. We were outdoors in the aqua bar and the flying foxes did not disturb us but made for a spectacular sight when they flew out.

The rooms are a little dated but the staff, setting and food made up for it. On the day the food was plentiful and tasty, drinks flowing and setting stunning. Jacquie the event coordinator was there to ensure everything happened on time and the whole team just rolled with it when the party ended up in the pool.
