Aberfeldy Barn is a family-operated, multi-award-winning wedding venue, lovingly hosted by Cass and Tony. In 2016, they welcomed this beautiful 50-acre property into their family after purchasing it from a Scottish-Irish couple who affectionately called it their “wee bit of paradise.”
The name Aberfeldy was inspired by a town in Scotland the original owners fell in love with, along with the smooth Aberfeldy Scotch Whisky distilled there — a subtle nod to romance, tradition, and a love of life’s meaningful moments.
Set amongst a working family farm, Aberfeldy Barn offers the peaceful charm of the countryside while remaining just minutes from the airport and the country city of Toowoomba. It’s a place where time slows down, yet everything you need is close at hand.
Aberfeldy Barn is designed as a true all-in-one wedding venue, allowing your ceremony, reception, and photography to unfold naturally in one beautiful location. With thoughtful facilities and warm, easy-going hosts, your day feels relaxed, seamless, and genuinely yours.
Carefully designed for year-round comfort, the Barn stays cosy in winter and cool in summer thanks to intelligent airflow and insulation. The space is wonderfully versatile — effortlessly shifting from a rustic country feel to an elegant countryside celebration. Guests can wander the lawns, terrace, lounge, and bar areas, always connected to the heart of the celebration and never missing a moment.
With a selection of thoughtfully curated 2026/2027 wedding packages, Aberfeldy Barn caters to every style of celebration — from large weekend weddings to cost-effective weekday events, all-inclusive packages for up to 70 guests, intimate micro-weddings of 30, and even 3-hour ceremony or elopement experiences complete with time for cocktails and photography.

Meet Cass & Tony: Cass and Tony are the heart and soul behind Aberfeldy Barn. Now in their 50s, they bring decades of experience to Aberfeldy Barn. Passionate, welcoming, and attentive, they guide couples through every detail, offering local knowledge and trusted connections with photographers, caterers, entertainers and so many other trusted Wedding specialists. Their goal is simple: creating seamless, unforgettable weddings filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.

FAQ
Yes, we have a fabulous bar area full of character, and YES you can bring in your own alcohol to stock the bar. We provide you with a Dan Murphys link when you book with us and they will helo you out with quantity and will even 'buy back'
There are large bar fridges with plenty of cold storage. We also provide staff to serve your guests. Our staff all have their Responsible Service of Alcohol and will look after your guests wonderfully.
We can comfortably seat 150 with plenty of room to move between the tables and of course still lots of room for dancing and shenanigans.
Not at this time. We have many options of Accomodation at discounted rates for Aberfeldy couples and their guests only 15 minutes up the road. The boys however (or you can fight over it) arrive around midday to use the Loft. A great space forr playing pool, hanging out and bonding and of course to get dressed.
Yes we have our own fabulous caterers, you can choose from a number of options or we can design the menu specifically for you and your budget. Crockery and utensils are included in the price per head.
Yes, you definitely can, we have lots of locations within the 50 acres farm that you can go to. We have an old Massey Fergusson red tractor and lots of crazy animals that you can use in photos. Your guests can be enjoying their drinks and nibbles on the lawn whilst your photographer is capturing the stunning sunset shots.
