Celebrate your special day with your family and friends in style at the Hawkesbury Race Club. We offer a magnificent modern wedding reception venue, with professional service, superb catering, breathtaking mountain views and a 4 star luxury motel with 30 spacious rooms. We do it all – exceptionally.
Hawkesbury Race Club can cater for an intimate wedding for 50 guests or an elaborate celebration for 360 guests. Our wedding packages below offer a variety of options, or we can tailor a package to suit individual choices.
Ceremonies
For something really memorable, ceremonies in our grounds are showcase in the "Horse Parade Enclosure" which is located trackside and features the picturesque backdrop of the Blue Mountains.
Receptions
Choose from a range of reception venues including our glass front trackside room, an intimate bar in the grandstand, or the courtyard amongst the horse stalls. Included in your package is all of the setup and pack down, a sumptuous meal, a beverage package, table centre pieces, chair covers and sashes, personalise menus, fairy lights, plus your MC and DJ.
Honeymoon Suites
Hawkesbury Race Club Motel offers two honeymoon suites, which have enormous separate bedroom with king size bed and spa bath, as well as Standard Deluxe Rooms and Deluxe Suites for your bridal party and guests.

FAQ
Absolutely! In fact the venue is perfect for ceremonies and receptions because your guests don't have to change venues. Most of our ceremonies are in the Parade Ring and the reception is a short 50m stroll to the Ted McCabe Function Centre.
Yes we have a 30 room motel onsite that can be booked for your guests to stay after the reception. We even offer a 10% discount on the room rate and include breakfast for your guests.
Any children under 12 are offered a kids two course menu at a reduced price. Teenagers under the age of 18 are offered the same menu without the beverage package at a reduced price.
Yes there is! If the weather is not favourable and we need to move the garden ceremony, we will set it up undercover in the members enclosure.
