The Estate's buildings are constructed from recycled Tasmanian timber, powered by 545 solar panels generating over 267,000 kWh annually, with grey-water recycling, rainwater harvesting, and biofiltering rain gardens throughout.

FAQ
The venue hire fee for the Exclusive Package, Restaurant, Lounge, Private Dining Rooms, and Pittwater Room does cover the whole day (from 8:30 AM to 10 PM) regarding the area you hire for your big day. We are pleased to provide you with a place to store the decorations, props, or any wedding related objects for your big day at the night/ afternoon before and have the venue open for you regarding decorating from 8:30 AM on the day. (Please note that the accurate time depends on the restaurant's running hours on that day, kindly send your inquiry with details so we can provide you with further information.)
Our team will assist with the tables, chairs, and table setting(including cutlery, table cloth, and napkin), however, other decoration arrangements are not included. Please feel free to send us the list and contact info of your suppliers so we can work out the logistics with them.
Due to the restriction from the council, the event needs to be end at 10:00 PM, there will a $500/ per hour penalty until mid-night, which is the final exit time. Everything from the client's end will need to be packed up and cleaned before you leave, as our restaurant will start at 8:30 AM the day after, however, if we do have some room available in the restaurant (with no guarantee), you're more than welcome to pick them up the next morning.
Yes, our Orani Restaurant, Lounge, and Pittwater Room all come with speakers on top and we are able to provide you with 2 microphones. However, there's none on the deck, as most of the celebrant and DJ are happy to assist with this, it would be great if you may provide us with the supplier details so we can sort this out with them.
Unfortunately, as our venue is a building with wood, any decoration that might cause danger will now be allowed in the venue such as candles, we highly recommend you go with the LED candles which are presented pretty well in previous wedding. Kindly contact us for more details.
Most of our guests choose cab as their transfer, our reception team will also be able to assist you with organizing the transport in advance, however, we can't guarantee the availability. As we have our own accommodation, gutses are more than welcome to book with us in advance.
