For All Inclusive Price (AIP):

Our AIP is truly all inclusive - no hidden costs and no add-ons required*. Your work will be significantly minimised and we will take care of most things. There are a few items you will need to organise such as: photographer/videographer, DJ/MC/live music (if you are planning on having those), as well as your seating chart.

For Raw Venue Hire (RVH):

If you are using the suppliers on our recommended list, which we will share with you, this is almost as streamlined as the ALL-INCLUSIVE PRICE. The suppliers we recommend have a world of experience in working at our venues, and will work seamlessly with you and us. Should you choose your own suppliers, we will happily assist with any questions you may have that are related to facilities at our venues, and will contribute the best we can towards ensuring the suppliers you choose deliver the best outcome of the event. With the RVH, you will need to work on scope, conditions and pricing directly with your suppliers without Glasshaus’ engagement.

Yes. If they haven’t worked at our venue(s) before, we ask that they arrange a venue viewing with us in order familiarise themselves with our facilities – it is important that this takes place before you receive their final quote and formally engage them for your event. 

Yes. We can organise rehearsals typically within the last two weeks before the wedding. We allow 45 minutes for the rehearsal. 

Yes! Glasshaus is a pet friendly space, as long as the pet is house trained and is not a risk and/or deterrence to the guests and plant life.

Our liquor license allows alcohol to be served until 11:30pm at Glasshaus Inside and Glasshaus Brücke. Extension of this can be negotiated.

Newish venue located in the heart of Richmond. Stunning venue with the plant selection around both downstairs (ceremony) and upstairs (reception). Process of booking and going through finer details was seamless, and when we ran into an issue with caterers, Glasshaus were quick to assist and come up with other options. Definitely recommend

Our coordinator, Georgia, was an absolute goddess. She was friendly, responsive, and super knowledgeable. From answering my zillion and one questions, to coming up with solutions to my problems, and just generally making me feel like I had my shit together, she was nothing short of perfection. I have never seen a person be more calm and confident in everything being okay - I am genuinely in awe of her. The planning process was really easy! They gave me deadlines (and reminded me when I'd missed them) which broke the whole process down into manageable steps. Glasshaus were so accommodating of our requests and made changes to the packages to allow us to do things our way. The whole day/night just felt so "us", which is something I didn't think a wedding could be. Glasshaus itself was stunning. Our guests haven't stopped raving about how beautiful the venue was, especially the greenery. The staff were polite and helpful, the night ran so smoothly, and everything went better than I imagined. The food was delish! The drinks were flowing! Honestly, I can't think of a single thing I would change.
