How does hiring a wedding stylist actually work?
So my fiance and I know absolutely nothing about wedding stylists. For example, how much does one typically cost? In all of my research so far, I have been quoted any amount from $900-$5000 and really don't know what is normal. Also, are the prices of packages generally the cost of the entire service? For example, if I've been quoted $2500, is that how much I will pay for the entire styling, or will I have to pay on top of that for supplies? I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, I just honestly don't know and am not sure how much to budget for! Thank you!

My question here is how much would an installation such as a hanging crystal roughly cost including the truss and rigging at a reception? The reception itself is lovely however I wanted to add this feature for the light of the exisiting chandeliers to reflect off for a brighter ambience.

We're wanting to get married in an outdoor ceremony. We need to hire someone to take care of setting up and clearing up. Is this something a wedding stylist or planner could co-ordinate? Are the chairs etc usually hired through them as well, or do we need to hire these independently?

Hi! I’m a bit confused about the whole wedding stylist/planner/co-ordinator as well. If I was to source a stylist, would my fiancé and I just tell them our vision and they source ALL the equipment (ie centrepieces and floral arrangements etc) or do they just co-ordinate vendors and co-ordinate pricing and budget for us?
