It take approximately 10-12 minutes per person including drawing and painting time on A4 size paper, or approximately 7-9 minutes per person on A5 size paper whether I'm sketching someone posing live or from a photo.

For wedding receptions it's recommended to have guests pose for photos when they come in, which I then sketch/paint from during the duration of event and they collect later upon completion.

Numbers will be capped according to the time frame allowance if the sketches are required to be finished by the end of your reception. If the sketches are not required to be finished by the end of 5 hours consecutive sketching time then arrangements can be made to complete them in my home studio and deliver them after the event.

For receptions I will require space for a small table and chair (I can bring my own if needed) and 3-4 meters of open space where the subject can pose in front of me. I'll also require an adequate amout of light.

For ceremonies I will require a table and chair setup for sketching your VIPs but will move around with the chair and/or standing once the ceremony begins. 

For receptions where I'm sketching guests, there are two options:

One option is to use a number system so interested parties may take a number and keep an eye on the whiteboard for their turn to pose for me in real time. Alternatively, in instances where there's a larger number of guests and/or time constraints, I can take photos of everyone interested at the beginning and work on the sketches through the course of the evening, to be collected upon completion. 

For ceremonies I will prebook times to sketch your VIP guests prior to the ceremony starting. 

To sketch guests at your reception I use an oil based pencil and gouache paint on cardstock or bristol paper with your wedding information/logo printed on the front or back (your choice).

For ceremony sketches I use oil based pencil and watercolour/gouache paint on hot pressed watercolour paper.

I guarantee at least 10 painted sketches from your ceremony, including one fully painted sketch of the wedding party in their background surroundings on A4 watercolour paper.

Also included are sketches of your VIP guests prior to the ceremony commencing (the number depends on the amount of time available) and sketches of the Bride and Groom as they say their vows and while they pose for photos and interact with guests immediately after the ceremony.
