The team can support children during preparations, ceremonies, venue transitions, speeches, formalities and evening celebrations. Whether you need dedicated supervision for one or two little ones or care for a larger group of young guests, they tailor their approach to suit the children’s ages, routines and the natural flow of your day.
For receptions, you can also choose the signature Courtesy Kids Corner, a welcoming children’s space created within your venue. Filled with creative activities, construction play, sensory experiences, books and games, it gives little guests somewhere comfortable to play, explore and recharge. There are also quiet areas for children who need a little downtime, plus age-appropriate equipment for babies and younger guests. The team takes care of the full set-up and pack-down, so it all feels beautifully simple for you and your family.

Designed for one to two children, this package includes five hours of care with one nanny.
Your nanny stays close throughout the reception, offering gentle, dedicated support during meals, speeches, formalities and wind-down time. It is a lovely option for families who want one familiar caregiver focused on their little ones throughout the celebration.

Designed for up to 15 children, this package includes up to five hours of care with a professional nanny team.
Along with full reception supervision, children can enjoy the complete Courtesy Kids Corner experience. While you and your guests mingle, take photographs and enjoy the reception, little ones have their own welcoming space to play, create, relax and feel part of the day.

Full Wedding Nanny Experience
Designed for up to 15 children, this package includes up to 10 hours of care with a professional nanny team.
Care can begin while the wedding party is getting ready and continue through the ceremony, venue transitions and reception. The package includes discreet ceremony supervision, reception care, support during speeches and formalities, a calm rest space, the full Courtesy Kids Corner experience, plus complete set-up and pack-down.

Additional Costs
Ceremony support can be added for $220 per hour, with overtime charged at $100 per hour.
Bookings that include the Courtesy Kids Corner require a $300 refundable security bond. The bond is returned within five business days after the event, provided all equipment is returned in good condition.

Absolutely. Our pricing is quoted per package rather than per child, so it's easy to split between the couple, parents or grandparents however works best for your family. Just let us know how you'd like the invoice arranged and we'll coordinate it directly with you. ??
All of our team are early childhood educators, not casual carers. Every educator holds a current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis certification, and has experience specifically in event-based care, so they understand the flow of a wedding day and how to keep little guests calm, engaged and safe throughout it.
Yes. For bookings that run into the evening, our educators support your little guests through the wind-down, including helping them change into pyjamas, settling them for sleep and staying with them throughout, so they're comfortable and well cared for right through to the end of your celebration.
Our Full Wedding Nanny Experience covers your little guests from the very start of the day right through to the end of the reception, including care during morning preparations, discreet supervision through the ceremony, and full access to our signature Courtesy Kids Corner during reception. It's designed so your youngest guests are supported at every stage, and you never have to worry about who's looking after them.
Of course. We provide discreet supervision during the ceremony itself, gently supporting any unsettled little guests without disrupting your vows, so children can be part of this special moment with you.
We care for little guests from infants through to primary school age, with activities and support tailored to suit the ages attending your celebration.
Our Courtesy Kids Corner has a neutral, elegant design that complements a wide range of wedding styles, and we're happy to tailor styling touches to your celebration during your consultation.
As this is an exclusive service with limited availability, we recommend securing your date as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season.
To secure your date, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance, along with a $300 refundable security bond, is due 14 days prior to your event. The security bond is fully refunded within 5 business days after your wedding, provided there are no damages or outstanding issues.
