No need to panic, things like this happen. Always read the finer details of the vendors contract for refund/cancellation policy. There are many reliable professionals out there, it's just a matter of sourcing them. There are many available on Easy Weddings, and if they are not available on your wedding day, they most probably will have someone to recommend that provides the same service.
If you’re having to find a last-minute vendor, best to call them and personally speak to them to discuss your situation and timeline. Not to say it’s not frustrating, but it does happen in all industries. If you have a planner/coordinator, they will most liking have another contact to help.

On very rare occasions, however a vendor might cancel (cannot fulfill their part of the contract) before the wedding because of unforeseen situations, such as an emergency or other event out of their control. It has happened to past brides. Here are a few tips how to prevent it.
-Consider wedding insurance
- Pay attention to your contract
Be sure to get everything in wiritn g when you sign a contract with a vendor, including who will fill in ig the orginal vendor can't
-Get organsied early by keeping all your wedding paperwork organised so you can easily find a contront or other necessary files
-If a vendor cancels DONT PANIC you may have relaised that it isn't going to work out with a particular venodor. This may feel like a major set back but focus on moving forward instead of getting caught up in what has happened
-Find a compromise to resolve the situation, do your best to keep an open line of communication with your vendor. Chances are they'll be geniunely sorry about having to cancel on you, s try to be understanding and work together to reacha solution.
-Use other resources If you've hired a wedding planner he or she will have a contingency plan for what to do if a vendor cancels. Planners are experts at stepping in for damage control, so put trust in them to get everything sorted out. This is also why having an wedding planner is a must to take the stress of these situations away for the Bride and Groom.
Hope this helps

Sorry to hear about this problem. You must be very frustrated. Unfortunately, sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, however you should be able to get a refund if your deposit if the vendor is pulling out.
You don't mention the date of your wedding, but if it is soon then it is better to directly call other vendors. Speaking for myself, I have had a couple of these situations arise and managed to deliver a beautiful wedding with as little as 6 weeks notice.
Good luck with your plans
