The Wedding Assistant offers three packages, each able to be tailored and designed to remove the stress on the day. Here's what's included in two of her most popular packages:

The Take Over Package.

  • Up to 12 months of planning support and coordination
  • Initial face-to-face or video consultation
  • Unlimited phone and email communication
  • Venue inspections (ceremony and reception)
  • Supplier and vendor research, booking & management
  • Budget assistance
  • Wedding checklist (updated regularly)
  • Guest list support, including special requirements
  • Run sheet creation and distribution to suppliers
  • Floorplan and seating plan assistance
  • Pre-wedding briefing (1–2 weeks out)
  • Main point of contact for all suppliers, venue, guests, and staff
  • Ceremony and reception setup (e.g. place cards, signage, bonbonnieres)
  • On-the-day coordination (up to 8 hours)
  • Coordination of key wedding moments (entrance, speeches, cake cutting, etc.)
  • Support for wedding party and family as needed
  • Travel fees may apply depending on location

The Full Affair 

  • Initial face-to-face or video consultation

My husband and I cannot thank Freni enough for my amazing Wedding! Freni helped me plan my wedding over the past 9 months and it was such an amazing and comfortable journey. Freni is organised, experienced, driven, and easygoing. Freni single-handedly coordinated with all my suppliers and touch-based with multiple suppliers to get the best rates. I love her work! There is so much detail in her work - lists and excel sheets to ensure we are on time with our tasks. On the day, she coordinated everything and I did not have to worry about the flow of the wedding. It was a HUGE success and everyone loved it -my husband and I enjoyed ourselves so much without any worry- we can only thank Freni for ensuring everything went smoothly. Honestly Freni is amazing! The one vendor I would of been absolutely lost without! Attention to detail, availability, care, responsive and most of all passion! We had booked all our vendors but hired her to do the lead up co-ordination, run sheet, liaise with vendors and be with us on the day.
