Absolutely. We understand that not every engagement follows a set timeline, and sometimes couples realise they’d love extra support closer to the day. If your date is available, we’re more than happy to step in - even with just a few weeks’ notice. We’ll prioritise what matters most and make sure everything runs seamlessly.

We recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance to secure your preferred date and give us time to plan every detail. However, we often work with shorter timelines too - it all depends on your wedding date and the level of planning you’d like us to manage.

Our Full Planning service covers everything from the first booking to the last dance, including vendor sourcing, styling, and logistics.
Partial Planning is perfect for couples who’ve already started but want professional guidance tying everything together.
Day-of Coordination is ideal for hands-on couples who want to relax and enjoy the day while we handle the timeline, vendors, and last-minute details.

Absolutely. Every wedding is unique, and we love creating tailored experiences that reflect your style, priorities, and budget. Whether you’d like to add content creation, digital invites, or styling assistance, we’ll build a personalised package that fits your celebration perfectly.

We provide full styling guidance and on-the-day supervision to ensure every detail looks exactly as envisioned. While we don’t physically set up décor ourselves, we coordinate and oversee your suppliers so your space comes together beautifully and stress-free. we could consider some DIY things to assist with. 

We’re based in Melbourne and travel across Victoria - from city venues to regional estates and coastal celebrations. We’re also happy to discuss interstate or destination weddings upon request.
