Yvonne was easy to talk to, that was why we chose her. She gave us her ideas and thoughts, but at times it tried to overshadow what we wanted. We only used Wallflower Events as the Day Planner as I had organised everything by that stage. She was meant to take over 1 month before wedding but that hadn't occurred due to our schedules. All the vendor follow up and "issues" were identified by our venue's event manager when they did the rounds 2 weeks out from the wedding. Execution on the day for the decorations were mediocre at best. Clear, detailed instructions were given but were only half followed. 60 of our guests didn't get a name card holder, my father-in-law had no name card. Origami paper cranes I folded were not opened up. Kids did not get the right gifts. Use as a wedding planner not day planner.
