Do you want to plan a wedding that feels like the best version of you? That’s our jam. At Vows, then Vodka, we’re here to make the planning process less stress for you while keeping you in the driver’s seat but our biggest aim.. is to have people talking about your wedding for years to come.
We’re newly formed collective in Melbourne, but don’t let that fool you – we’ve been orchestrating dreamy, detail driven weddings in Bali for years. Think barefoot beach vows, to luxe villa weddings with styling to die for and parties that go all night. Now we are bringing that same magic (and killer eye for aesthetics) to our own backyard.
From wild love stories to wild dance floors, we plan weddings that are stylish, seamless and seriously good fun. You bring the love – we will bring the clipboard, the calm and a little bit of cheek.

Full wedding planning - Zero stress, all glam. You’ll dream it and we will plan it, style it, and run the show from the first venue visit to the last dance. We can even design your invitations and manage your guest list.
Partial wedding planning + support - For couples who’ve started but need help pulling it all together—and making it look like a whole damn vibe. We will do everything from liaise and manage your vendors, fine tune your styling, coordinate your day and more
On the day coordination - You’ve done the planning—we’ll take the reins so you can relax, sip bubbly, and actually enjoy your day (imagine that!).

With over 14 years’ experience, my career spans across weddings, pre-wedding parties, corporate, public activations and everything in between. I am a sucker for good lighting, great storytelling and celebrations with a pulse. Me personally.. Sundays are for sippers, tacos are a love language and I firmly believe that sunny days fix (almost) everything. I collect tote bags i'll never use, talk to myself like I'm my therapist and believe life is too short for bland food and boring banter.

We sure do! We think all couples should have the option of hiring a planner so we have made it easier with weekly, fortnighly or monthly payment plans. Ask us for more details.

Hey lovely.. deep breath! You’d be surprised how many couples are exactly where you are right now (and still end up with the dreamiest day). Four months is tight, but it’s absolutely doable with the right plan.
