To the Bride and Groom

• We will have 5 meetings face to face at the Park Hyatt Melbourne, to arrange all details for the day. Each meeting is a 1-hour maximum allotment, per consultation. Or you can have up to 5 meetings away from the Park Hyatt Melbourne to discuss other details.
• We will help design your cake, invites, centerpieces, linen, lighting & design the layout of your reception or ceremony area.
• We can organise a "mock setup" at your venue where we will arrange one of your guests tables to be set exactly as per your wedding day.
• On the day, we will be in the background ensuring that all items are setup & delivered correctly, vendors have arrived on time to the ceremony & reception.
• Give advice on design for bridal party attire & flower bouquets.
• Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up by us on Wedding Day
• We will decorate & take any items to the Honeymoon Suite on Your Wedding Night if venue is within reasonable radius
• Unlimited email service.
• 1 assistant for us for the day as well. Please note for the reception venue: a main meal must be provided for the 2 of us.
• We will work up until the last meal has been served or speeches have finished.
