One the Day Coordination

If you want to be hands-on with the planning process, and simply require assistance to execute the months of hard work on the day, then this package is perfect for you. I work closely with you over the weeks prior to your event to understand your vision and personal style. I take the stress off you by liaising with vendors 2 weeks prior to the event to ensure that all timings and bookings are correct, as well as complete simple set-up to ensure the event is seamless from start to finish. 

Included in this package:

1 x Wedding Day Planning Meeting/site visit 2-4 weeks before your wedding day

1 x Run Sheet (once finalised, this will be sent out to all vendors 1-2 weeks prior to your big day)

1 x Floor Plan

Coordination of Vendors, Ceremony, Guest Liaison, Time-Keeping

Simple set up and assistance to Vendors

Final styling – Candles, place cards, table settings, décor items etc.

1 x Coordinator 6hrs

Note:  Additional hours/planning meetings may be required – subject to guest numbers, and hours required on the day. 

Wedding Planning and Coordination

This package is for couples who require assistance with the planning process, however would like to design and style themselves.  I work closely with you throughout the entire planning process to ensure it is both stress free and enjoyable. 

I ensure every element required to plan and execute a wedding is covered to create an event that truly reflects you as a couple.
I will liaise with all vendors and suppliers to ensure every concept of your wedding works together to create a truly one-of-a-kind event.

Included in this package:

3 x Wedding Day Planning Meetings 

1 x Site Visit 

Unlimited email contact support throughout the process

1 x Floor Plan and Run sheet for both vendors and event

1 x Day of timeline Guidance in booking/hiring vendors, payments, all design items, equipment and stationary via email  Coordinating the planning process to ensure that every element of the wedding has been covered

Rehearsal assistance if required

Logistical overview of all vendors, suppliers and bump in/bump out 

Simple set up and assistance to Vendors on the day to ensure that all styling items and furniture/décor is in the right place

Mood board/Concept board suited to the tone and theme of your event

Final styling – Candles, place cards, table settings, décor items etc.

Arrival at Ceremony/Reception Location at the required time to be on-site when vendors start arriving.

Add Full Styling for $1000.

Concept, Styling and Coordination

This package covers all aspects of concept, styling and design in relation to your event! I work in collaboration with you and your chosen vendors all the way up to your big day to ensure your wedding or event is picture perfect! 

Included in this package:

1 x Consultation to discuss everything wedding – styling brief, venue, guest numbers, get to know you two as a couple.

Creative concept proposal/mood board of your wedding – décor, styling, furniture, florals, cake, summary of your overall aesthetic

1 x Site Visit

2 x Styling and Design meetings

Unlimited email contact support throughout the process

Management of Styling Budget   

Sourcing of all hire, furniture, design items, equipment, stationary items

1 x Floor plan 

Liaise with venue regarding styling requirements

On the Day Coordination

1 x Coordinator 8 hours - On the day install of Wedding Styling at ceremony and reception

Day-of-timeline/run sheet, liaising with vendors/venue for bump in/bump out times

Hourly Rate

If you are a couple that are all over the planning process and require a small amount of help in bringing your vision to life, Haus of Hera offers hourly rate to cover individual elements of your wedding/event. 

This includes:

Floor plans/On the day run sheets

Concept design and styling to suit the tone and personality of your event

Liaising with your florist to ensure your floral dreams come true!

Hire plans/Coordination

On the day set up

Sourcing of décor/furniture/vendors suited to your aesthetic/budget.

Fee $/65hr + GST

Note: For on the day set up there is a minimum of 4hrs.

GRAZING TABLES

Grazing Tables are the perfect accessory to any Event. You can make the grazing the "Feature" of your event, or just a small opulent grazing for guests to enjoy while they mingle.
Our Grazing Feasts are customised to suit the tone and personality of your wedding or event.
Standard Grazing Fees including set up and style:

Up to 20 people - $500

30 - 40 people - $720-$920

50 - 70 people - $1225-$1505

80-90 people - $1680-$1845

100 people - $2000 
For guest numbers over 100 - $20 per person. 
Our Grazing’s feature: An assortment of International and Locally sourced Soft and Hard Cheeses, a selection of Cured Meats, Antipasto
Fruits such as berries, figs and passion fruit along with all the pairing items that you need to enjoy a truly delicious grazing.
All other guest numbers require a custom quote.
A quote can also be supplied for dessert tables, decorations and florals you would like to add to your grazing station.
