A wedding planner essentially juggles the roles of designer, budget manager, coordinator and therapist—all while helping you pull together your dream wedding! We’re clued into everything there is to know about throwing a wedding, and all that comes along with such an emotionally charged event, so you’ll be in good hands whether your issue is bouquets or overbearing in-laws—a huge asset for busy couples wanting to plan their day with minimal stress. Plus, we're connected with top venues and pros in our area, ensuring you have the best team of experts to pull off a wonderful celebration.
A wedding planner is someone you hire and is your advocate and represents your best interests. Your wedding planner at the venue represents the venue (and the venue’s best interests) and not you. They also have minimum involvement with planning the event other than food and beverage components and offer limited vendor involvement focussing rather on a generic offering. Outside the scope of this, especially where a unique event is concerned other factors need to come into play including photographers, celebrant, lighting, MC/band, hire, styling etc. This is where we assist - tying all of this together.
Epic Events offer a bespoke service that caters to an individual couples needs. We are also flexible in that we offer as little or as much assistance as you require for your Big Day. Our packages start with wedding planning up to 6 months prior through to On-the-day coordination.
