Hi there!
I would love to be there to photograph your special day & I would be more than happy to discuss a suitable price for your budget! If you were still looking for a wedding photographer then please get in touch!
Thanks, Bec
Please check out my website www.markteaguephotography.com and download my packages. You will be surprised, I promise :)
Hope to talk soon.
Thank you for your question. You can get so much value for under $5,000!
Our packages start from $2,000 and go up to $3,500. We offer digital delivery of all the images rather than prints and albums, thereby saving you money. We recommend a high quality printer and give you all the information that you need to order directly from them.
Please feel free to contact us for more information :)
Hi,
That's actually a fairly sizeable budget if you're considering just Photography. We have packages that include both photo and video for that price.
I won't pitch our services here as I'm sure you'll check out our profile should you be interested :).
Thanks,
Liam

Hi there,
Congratulations on your wedding news and on picking a venue in the beautiful Yarra Valley.
As well as the other great responses here, you may want to consider whether the photographer is accredited by the AIPP (Australian Institute of Professional Photography), which ensures they are indeed a professional and have covered things like insurance, offer a contract, etc.
Also, depending where in the Yarra Valley you're getting married, it would be worth talking to some photographers who are based in that area and who know the venues well.
Also, checking out reviews on Easy Weddings and Facebook will give you a great idea of past clients' experience.
All the best!
Cheers,

Hi there
Yarra Valley is a great choice! I’d love to help you and find out more about what you have planned. For your budget you will find a lot of photographers that could help you tell the story of your day. What you might want to consider is what do you want from your photography service;
- how long would I like the photographer to be there on the day
- how quickly will they turn around the photos
- how many photos will you receive and do they provide printable JPEGs?
- is album design included
- what sort of service do they provide - eg will you meet them before the day and how flexible are they on timings
I hope that helps you in thinking about what you get from your budget.
thanks
christian
I think that you'll find that 5,000 is well above the average spend, and that almost every photographer that is within your region will offer packages under your budget. Good luck finding the right photographer for you.

Ask a question
Good news first: $5,000 is a comfortable budget for photography in the Yarra Valley, so you've got real options. If candid is your thing, that actually shapes who you should look at more than the price does. Spend time on full galleries, not just the highlight images on a website, and watch how a photographer captures the in between moments: the laughing during speeches, the quiet glance before the ceremony, the dance floor. That documentary instinct is a style, not a setting, so you want someone whose natural eye already works the way you want.
The Yarra Valley gives you gorgeous, soft afternoon light, especially in the cooler months when the sun sits lower, and rolling vineyard backdrops that suit a relaxed, unposed feel beautifully. Whoever you book, ask how they handle timings around your ceremony and sunset, because candid work still relies on a shooter who reads the day and puts themselves in the right place without you ever noticing them. A photographer who knows the region, or is at least happy to scout your venue beforehand, will get more out of those vineyard light pockets.
A couple of practical questions worth asking: how many hours of coverage you get, how many edited images you'll receive, and crucially who actually does the editing. For us, every image is culled and edited in house by our own team, never sent offshore, which is how we keep the candid, true to life feel consistent rather than over processed. Within your budget you may also find some photographers offer photo and video together, so if film is even slightly on your wish list, it's worth asking early. Best of luck with the planning.
