Thank you for your question. You can get so much value for under $5,000!

Our packages start from $2,000 and go up to $3,500. We offer digital delivery of all the images rather than prints and albums, thereby saving you money. We recommend a high quality printer and give you all the information that you need to order directly from them.

Please feel free to contact us for more information :)

Hi,

That's actually a fairly sizeable budget if you're considering just Photography. We have packages that include both photo and video for that price.

I won't pitch our services here as I'm sure you'll check out our profile should you be interested :).

Thanks,
Liam

Hi there,

Congratulations on your wedding news and on picking a venue in the beautiful Yarra Valley.

As well as the other great responses here, you may want to consider whether the photographer is accredited by the AIPP (Australian Institute of Professional Photography), which ensures they are indeed a professional and have covered things like insurance, offer a contract, etc.

Also, depending where in the Yarra Valley you're getting married, it would be worth talking to some photographers who are based in that area and who know the venues well.

Also, checking out reviews on Easy Weddings and Facebook will give you a great idea of past clients' experience.

All the best!

Cheers,

Hi there

Yarra Valley is a great choice! I’d love to help you and find out more about what you have planned. For your budget you will find a lot of photographers that could help you tell the story of your day. What you might want to consider is what do you want from your photography service;

- how long would I like the photographer to be there on the day

- how quickly will they turn around the photos

- how many photos will you receive and do they provide printable JPEGs?

- is album design included

- what sort of service do they provide - eg will you meet them before the day and how flexible are they on timings

I hope that helps you in thinking about what you get from your budget.

thanks

christian

You might be suprised but that budget is not that small considering research indictates the average couple spend on Phototography is around 2.8k. If you are planning on an album then your budget is pretty Fair. In photographing weddings for 18 years from my research you are better to spend that bit more. You generally only get married once and you have one shot at getting those images correct. I would ensure the Photographer is fully accredited. Find out if the photographer shoots full time or is it just a 2nd job. Make a list of questions. Sure price is important but in the end you will book on trust rapport and photography style. Be warry of photographers including lost of extras. You want the photographer also who runs the business. So gettng back to your question I think your budget is fine.

I think that you'll find that 5,000 is well above the average spend, and that almost every photographer that is within your region will offer packages under your budget. Good luck finding the right photographer for you.
