My ceremony and reception are both in Mosman and we are planning to take photos at Bradley's head. Are there any spots you can suggest in the event of rain?

Bradley's Head is a beauty, so I'd hold onto that as plan A and watch the radar on the morning. A lot of Sydney rain blows through in twenty minute bursts, so even on a wet day we can often grab a window between showers. The trick is staying loose with timing rather than locking in one rigid slot.
For genuine wet weather backups close to your venues, Clifton Gardens at Chowder Bay is the one I'd note down first. Mosman Council does not take bookings or reservations for the covered picnic tables at Clifton Gardens reserve, so the timber pavilion there gives you cover with the bay right behind you, no permit fuss. The old wharf structures and the heritage buildings around Chowder Bay also photograph really well in flat, cloudy light. Middle Head is another superb spot, offering sweeping panoramic views across Sydney Harbour, with old sandstone forts, gun pits and relics that give you sheltered nooks and a dramatic backdrop without needing blue sky.
Honestly though, the simplest move is to chat to your reception venue about an undercover corner or a balcony or hallway, because it means no driving in the wet and more time with your guests. Overcast light is soft and flattering, which works in your favour, and a couple of nice umbrellas turn a few drops into something genuinely romantic rather than a problem. We always carry them and a backup plan to every wedding, and everything we shoot is edited in-house by us afterwards, so we can lean into that moody rainy day mood and make it look intentional.
Yes Port Douglas, Cairns. Daintree.

If it's heavily raining perhaps take full advantage of the venue you have booked, of course depending on your venue... i.e. if it has a balcony with cover or a hallway etc.. if it's just sprinkling and you both don't mind a little rain you can get creative with using umbrellas and still do the shoot at Bradley's head, the light is quite nice when it's cloudy. If you're up for something quirky there's the ferry wharves which have cover, Rawson Oval Mosman, there's an old building with seating. Hope that helps :)
