If you want nostalgia and a timeless quality to your wedding photos, Carly Tia is the right fit for you.

Using a mix of digital 35mm film, my photography is a match for couples who love a nostalgic and timeless quality to their images.

I’ve been documenting weddings in Byron Bay and Australia wide for the past 5 years now. I try to seek out the feeling when photographing weddings and find I’m often drawn to the odd imperfections that sometimes occur, like a bit of blur or grain. It’s probably from my love of analog photography and the nostalgic feeling it has.

So easy going. It's hard not to relax around Carly. My wedding photos were so original and beautiful. They really captured the essence of the day and we shall be able to relive it for the rest of our lives.

It felt like such a risk to hire a photographer from another state to join us in capturing our special day. we were hiring just based of viewing websites and no personal recommendations and my background in fashion had me nervous as I know there are some really amazing photographers and some not so amazing. we felt that the photographer was such an important thing to get right for our special day as these photos would be our memories to look back on. Carly Tia was and is incredible. She captured the day so so so perfectly and she was so wonderful on the day and dealing with before and after the wedding. WE LOVE our photos. We would do the day all over again just to hang out with this chick, My partner and I felt so comfortable with her. She captured the emotion and intimacy of our small ceremony and the photos after the ceremony with the horse was a really fun part of the day. Carly really was a HUGE part in our wedding day and we will cherish our memories and our photos forever. She is one very talented young lady.
