Zero charges for getting to know each other.
The most important element in any new collaboration with clients both new & existing, is to fully understand what the vison will be for the photographs or shoot. A chanced to get to know each other & ensure that we all feel comfortable in moving forward before making a firm booking. I always say “Lets get engaged before we get married!”
Whatever your event or shoot requirements are first thing to do is at least have a chat. It may well be that we can help with the visualization of what needs to happen - its free to talk! Just fill out the contact form, call, email or just send me a friendly text anytime.

Once we have had some discovery time together (foc),& you & the other stakeholders are happy and ready to book me as your photographer, I have an online booking form that you will need to fill out, after we meet or speak on the phone I will email the link to you. Once that is completed, I will generate a wedding photography contract that will need to be signed off on screen. You will also receive an invoice an a separate email with details on making payment for your deposit. Payments can be made by EFT, Visa or Mastercard. You will get a confirmation email and copy of the signed document as a PDF once the contract has been signed successfully.
Given the world today anything can happen out of the blue, I take bookings well over 12 months in advance. During that length of time I will have other enquiries that come in for the same dates and I will have turned them down. Should a cancellation happen, in all likelihood, I will have lost the opportunity to replace it with another wedding.
Cancellations less than 3 months before the wedding will require payment in full. Cancellations of anywhere from 6 months before the date of the wedding will require payment of 50% of the chosen package price minus the deposit.

I work on a first-come first-served basis. For the popular dates, I am generally booked out months in advance, however things change & its always worth making contact.
The initial images will be uploaded within a calendar week. Final delivery of USB drives will be 6 weeks after the wedding but please factor in public holidays and time off for the big holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter.
Yes, I have full public liability insurance. Availble as a PDF if required by anyone.
Yes, but... I have recently upskilled to shoot and edit video highlight reels only (for the moment anyway...). For a full production, I highly recommend using a specialised videographer whom I am happy to recommend if required.

I was wondering whether it's normal to get two sets of photos, like, all the original ones and then the edited ones? Do we pick the ones to be edited or does the photographer do that?

Having started my career in photography back in the glorious non digital days of processing film in a darkroom, the RAW file is your modern day negative. The RAW file is the canvass that your gorgeous images are produced from, & left in a pre edit status. Personally I always supply the RAW files seperatlley on another drive for my clients, they can then be kept safely & seperatley from the completed images. Great for future use or maybe re edits, or as security if ever the orginals get lost or damaged.
All the images I offer my clients to choose from have usual undergone a soft pre edit. This makes it much easier for clients to visualise the story that the image will eventaully project.
