FAQ

Do You Travel For Weddings ?

Absolutely! I LOVE travelling so when I get the chance to travel & capture a wedding, well my bags will be packed straight away :) I will travel anywhere you need me to. Australia wide as well as overseas. I'm always up for an adventure!

Do You Offer Videos ?

I can recommend some amazing videographers I work with. If you want a photographer & a videographer on your day, it is important for them to work well together. You don't necessarily need to hire a company that offers both. Your photographer or videographer will always recoomend vendors they've worked with on weddings as they know they work amazingly well together. I have some favorites on my list so don't hesitate to ask away!

The moment we met Joy she made us laugh and feel at ease with the entire process. We hate taking photos, but her style completely over threw this and she managed to capture moments I will remember for a life time. The quality of the photos were astounding! And she photographed every single guest at the wedding with candid shots that captured the essence of the evening. Loved her whole vibe and would definitely recommend Joy for any event.

Joy was wonderful! her attitude and energy made us so comfortable and at ease with both shoots she did for us. Joy did a maternity/engagement shoot for my partner and i. It was the first photo shoot we had ever done and we were a little nervous. Joy encourages you to be yourself and she captures the natural moments that you have without even realising how special they can look in photos. She creates beautiful settings and the pictures all look flawless. So much so, that we asked her to be our photographer for our wedding aswell and she did not disappoint! It was a bit of a quick day at the Brisbane registry and then down to the botanical gardens for the pictures but the photos she took make it look like it was a full on production wedding and so much more special, highly recommended Joy.

We’re so thankful we had Joy photograph our wedding! She made us feel so relaxed even though we were nervous to be the centre of attention and also nervous at the idea of “posing” for photos.
