Roman brings a creative eye behind both the camera and the cinema lens, while Ellie looks after the planning behind the scenes, helping couples feel prepared, comfortable, and looked after. Since 2016, they have captured more than 550 weddings at 93+ venues across Queensland.
Your coverage can be tailored to suit your day, from a short ceremony through to full-day photography and film. Every image is professionally edited with a natural finish and delivered in a private online gallery, with a next-day preview so you can relive the highlights within 24 hours. Your cinematic film weaves the real moments of the day into a story you will return to for years. Optional extras include a second photographer or videographer, an open-air photo booth, live streaming for guests who cannot attend in person, and drone coverage.

Hi, we're Roman and Ellie, the husband-and-wife team behind She Said YES. We started in 2016, and like every couple we photograph, it began with our own love story. Roman captures the moments, Ellie keeps it all calm and organised. Over 550 weddings and an ABIA accreditation later, we still do it for one reason: the look on your face when you relive your day. Yes. One team captures both your photos and a cinematic wedding film, perfectly in sync, so nothing is missed and the two never clash on the day. Booking both together also earns a discount.
Coverage is flexible and hourly, so you only pay for the hours you need. Photography starts at $1,500 and film from $2,800. Tell us your plans, and we'll tailor a quote to your day.
You'll get a next-day preview gallery within 24 hours of your wedding. Full photography is delivered within 90 days, and your wedding film within 120 days.
Absolutely. We're based in Brisbane and cover the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Noosa and all of South East Queensland, and we're available Australia-wide for destination weddings.
Your date is locked once the agreement is signed and a 50% booking fee is paid. Popular dates in peak season (October to April) book 12 to 18 months ahead, so enquire early.
We shoot in all weather and never cancel for rain. Some of the most beautiful, intimate images come from a rainy day, and we'll adapt the timeline with you to make the most of it.
Yes. A second photographer or videographer is available, and is a great idea for larger weddings or when both of you are getting ready in separate locations.
