When is it best to book for an event?

We take bookings all year round and suggest 8 – 12 months in advance as to avoid disappointment and conflicting bookings.

How do we make a booking?

After we have finalised your quote. You will receive an agreement to sign and return. A 25 % deposit of the total is required to secure your date. With the final payment payable before the event.

Yes we do travel. Some areas will require accommodation for our performers. All our quotes do include travel in our costs.

Can we have input into the set list for our event?

Yes, your input is greatly appreciated. We are here to be your entertainment.

Can you learn requested songs?

Yes we can learn requested songs. If we don’t already know them, we do require 6 – 8 weeks notice to arrange and learn these for you. An additional fee for songs will be charged.

What do we need to provide for the band?

We only require a few things to make your day, a day to be remembered. 2 X 240V 10 AMP CIRCUITS REFRESHMENTS (NON – ALCOHOLIC) DURING THE EVENT AND A LIGHT MEAL SUPPLIED FOR PERFORMERS DEPENDING ON THE DURATION OF YOUR EVENT. AREA APPROX. 2M X 4M FOR BAND. AREA APPROX. 2M X 3M FOR TRIO. AREA APPROX. 2M X 2M FOR DUO.

Our friend is a musician? Can they join you during the evening for a song?

Yes of course! We have done this in the past and found that this adds a personal touch to your wedding. We’re more than happy to accommodate them if you wish.

What other services do you provide?

We can also provide MC services as well as a live DJ. Additional fees apply. We are happy to advise with the planning of your event from start to finish.

Where can we watch the acts perform live?

We do perform most weekends, check out our calendar on our website to find out our performance times and dates. Also our media page has examples of audio and video if you cannot make it to a live performance.

What influences the cost of our services?

THE NUMBER OF PERFORMANCES DURING THE EVENT.
EVENT START AND ENDING.
REQUESTED SONGS THAT AREN’T PART OF OUR REPERTOIRE.
EVENT LOCATION – SOME LOCATIONS WILL REQUIRE ACCOMMODATION TO BE SUPPLIED OR TRAVEL COSTS.

Only issue was we didn't want them to finish! Simply amazing, they all took the wedding to a new level, which couldn't have otherwise been achieved. Simply they created the fun and relaxed atmosphere we were after with no required input from us, couldn't have been easier. Great variety of music!

Mike and I were so happy with Dlove when they performed at our Hunter Valley wedding! Dan was incredibly friendly, professional and attentive throughout the whole prep process.
