As early as possible. Many couples choose to book their music around the same time they book their venue and celebrant.We regulalry take bookings up to 2 years in advance of the chosen wedding date.

Complete Day package pricing varies, depending on how long your day will run, and how far White Clover will need to travel, though prices mostly fall between the $5,500 - $10,000 mark inclusive of GST. Tom and Kate are a much more cost-effective option than booking a DJ, an MC, a duet, a Wedding Coordinator, and Wedding Concierge, which can add up to $20,000.

How much of a booking fee will I need to pay?

For our Complete Day Packages, your booking fee will cost 25% of your quoted amount. This secures your wedding date in the White Clover Calendar. For Ceremony Packages, your booking fee will be 50% of your quoted amount.

Do you provide all equipment, including lights for dancing and wireless microphones for speeches?

Yes! We take care of all of that for you!

Do you travel?

Yes- we love both destination and interstate weddings!

Do we get to choose our own music?

Yes! We will meet with you and discuss your music options & selections for your day. We also learn any new special moment songs, if they are not already on our list.

When should we meet?

We like to meet with our couples around 2 months out from your wedding date. This ensures that music selections are current and that your day has been shaping up, so we can offer suggestins based on your schedule, chosen wedding vendors and floorplan.

Tom and Kate are just incredible. You can really see how much they love entertaining and have such a passion for what they do. From the beginning they were so accommodating and made the day so enjoyable. They don’t just have incredible voices and musical talent but they also coordinate so much of the day making it incredibly enjoyable when there is nothing to worry about. I knew everything would be absolutely perfect and all I had to do that day was show up! I had not one worry in my mind, everything was under control. They also capture the guests and entertain as MC, a whole package in one. Seriously could not have had the perfect day without them.

If you want the absolute best, book Tom and Kate! Our favourite vendors from the day, our wedding would not have run as smooth as it did without their help. Tom and Kate were everywhere, helping run the boutonnières to the boys before the ceremony, setting up the memorial cards before the ceremony, making sure we were hydrated and had something to eat during photos, making sure our guests knew were to go and when, taking our cards and other supplies back to our room at the end of the night, we didn’t have to lift a finger all day. This was on top of their wonderful singing during the ceremony, canapés and dinner and Kate’s fantastic DJing that kept the dance floor full all night. We couldn’t have asked for more!!

Kate and Tom were amazing with acoustic vocal. We choose them because they were a one-stop shop with music, DJ, coordinator, MC and concierge. As a bride with lots of DIY, it was reassuring to have Kate help ensure all the pieces fell onto place (including changing the table floor plan on the day and organising a sparkler exit for the ceremony). Tom and Kate kept our guest well entertained with live music and good humour as MC. We'd recommend them for couples looking for an all inclusive bridal squad!

Songs with swearing

As a DJ, I always endevour to play clean edits at weddings. This means any explicit language is missing or replaced with other words.
If you decide to have songs with the explicit words later in the evening, after guests have been drinking and dancing for a while, usually no one minds. Just enjoy the music you love and don't worry about the rest!

Me and my fiance becca have been quoted $4000 for wedding music in sydney, is this normal?

What is the average cost of wedding music in Syd? I know it's a big night and a lot of effort but is this a normal price?

It really depends on what you were looking for!
If they are performing your whole day and supplying gear, then definitely!

We charge anywhere from $3000- $5500 but we provide DJ, Duet, MC and Coordinator services.
I know a few 5 piece bands regulalry charge around $6000-$7000. If the quality of the repetoire is great, they have decent reviews and you like their music, then booking them would be a great idea. You can get music for less, but you might be looking at a soloist and a dj.

Hi Lucy,

I believe it is definitely best to consider the songs you have shared with your partner, those you generally like from your favourite movies etc and some inspired by your family growing up. Sit down and talk with your wedding musicians and chat about the atmosphere you want to create on the day. They may have some great suggestions.
