My partner and I were shopping for wedding bands on a modest budget, and had more or less resigned ourselves to buying something temporary and upgrading later. Visiting SASO changed that. They offered us a genuine discount, and they were also willing to take an old piece of gold I had in part exchange, which brought the price down further. We walked out with the bands we actually wanted at a price we could manage. What stayed with me, though, was the care they took. They treated what is a significant moment in our lives with real attention, and never made us feel we were asking for too much. Highly recommended.

I’m lucky enough to be engaged to an amazing woman, which is the best reason I can think of to visit SASO Jewellery at Westfield Garden City. I’ll admit I’m usually more at home picking out a power tool than a wedding band. Marian and her team made the whole thing far easier than I expected. I approached it the way I’d approach buying any good tool: comfort, quality and warranty. Marian’s experience and patience, and the size of SASO’s range, meant I could compare properly without feeling rushed. We worked through four or five contenders. Then I noticed I kept slipping one particular band back on and wearing it while I browsed the others. At that point the decision had pretty much made itself. That band came from SASO’s Italian collection, and it’s in a league of its own. The design, the finish, the attention to detail and the quality of the materials are outstanding. If wedding bands were cars, this one would be a Ferrari. It’s beautifully made, it’s comfortable enough that I forget I’m wearing it, and it’s backed by a solid warranty. A huge thank you to Marian and the team for their expertise, honesty and patience. Whether you’re shopping for an engagement, a wedding or just something special, I can’t recommend SASO Jewellery highly enough. Even if you’re more of a toolbox person than a jewellery-box person, you’re in very good hands.
