Help! What can I do if my rings are damaging each other?

Oh no! Wihout seeing them and as general advice, you have a couple of options:

1) Have them soldered together. This reduces the wear to zero. It is permanent in the sense that you can't separate them yourself but if you ever need them separated, your jeweller can separate them. Just be sure to let them know that you want this as an option before they are attached.

2) Wear a very fine band inbetween your rings. This will act as spacer and reduce the surface area that is being worn ony our actual rings. The wearing will only happen where the spacer and your rings touch so if the band is thin and narrow, it will be reduced.

In the meantime, have your local jeweller have a look at your rings make sure that the wear is not causing any structural issues and they are okay to keep wearing them.
