Most jewellery stores that sell rings also offer cleaning services, so it’s worth checking with the place you bought it from first.
At home, you can give it a gentle clean using warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush, just make sure to rinse it well and dry it with a soft cloth.
If your ring needs a bit more attention, like polishing or rhodium plating, the shop where you got it or a local manufacturing jeweller can usually do that for you.
