If you are just looking for a quick clean up a soft bristled toothbrush and dishwashing liquid will do the trick.
To have the ring / Jewellery professionally polished we charge $40

Usually, cleaning your diamond jewellery at home requires just a little bit of soapy water. Soak the jewellery piece in warm soapy water and leave it for 10 to 15 mins. Use a toothbrush gently to remove dirt and oil. Wash the jewellery under cold running water and it will sparkle like new.
