Really good! They were really patient with us and our young daughter! They kept the ring safe for us as we were in the process of moving house and then our best man picked it up. They kept in contact with us through out the process. Great quality!

When we needed a quick resize, she went above and beyond to make it happen without any fuss. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely caring. She was patient, attentive, and truly catered to every request we had.
