Making sure your ring fits perfectly is all part of the Diamondport experience. We offer professional resizing for engagement, wedding, eternity and dress rings, ensuring your ring sits comfortably and securely.
All ring resizing and care services are carried out in our Brisbane studio, located in Queen Street Mall. Standard resizing takes approximately one week, with same-day service available in some cases.
Purchased your engagement ring with Diamondport? If the size isn’t quite right after the proposal, simply book a post-proposal appointment and we’ll provide a complimentary resize to ensure your ring fits perfectly.

We do recommend booking a consultation with us to ensure that we can make the most of your time while you're here in our Brisbane office. We can organise a carpark for you and will ensure that we have a consultant ready to begin creating your dream rings.
If you do happen to pop in though, we will do our best to fit you in!

Our address is Suite 402, Level 4, 180 Queen Street in the old Country Road Building. Walk up the stairs and enter the glass doors on the left side - then proceed to take the lift up to level 4.

If you’re a Diamondport client, you can have your ring professionally cleaned for free at our Brisbane studio in Queen Street Mall. Our complimentary clean is available while you wait and is a great way to bring back that sparkle.
For a more comprehensive clean and service, we can also inspect your ring for loose stones or damage, polish it and rhodium plate white gold where required.
